Where our data comes from
Names, codepoints and versions come from the official Unicode Emoji data files (Emoji 16.0 and CLDR). Search keywords are drawn from the open-source gemoji dataset. We update the site when a new Unicode version is released.
Our approach
We keep the site free of sign-ups and pop-ups. We aim to be accurate first: if we find an error in a name, code or meaning, we correct it. You can report mistakes on our contact page. We review every correction and update the page when the report is confirmed.
Who runs Emoji Kitchen
Emoji Kitchen is an independent project operated by MyGrab, a digital agency based in Murshidabad, West Bengal, India. We are not affiliated with the Unicode Consortium, Google, Apple, Microsoft or any other emoji vendor. See our disclaimer.
